Support Ukraine and its artists through this NFT online charity auction

As the Russian invasion of Ukraine continues to wreak havoc on the livelihoods of displaced Ukrainian civilians, international communities have developed unconventional and creative ways to support them. Several online charity auctions such as Vandalz for Ukraine, ArtWaRks Ukraine, UkraineDAO, Holy Water and RtistiQ, organized by the NFT community, are leveraging their unique digital assets to help the country’s war-stricken people and their defense and health systems.

The community of brilliant Ukrainian artists also bears the brunt of the tragic war. After being forced to flee the country to seek refuge and abandon their painstakingly created physical artworks, artists are turning to digital platforms to protect their source of income with the help of philanthropic initiatives.

Through their creations, many NFT artists express their fierce nationalism, their enthusiasm for combat and regalia, their optimism for a better future, often turned into mournful reflection, and their feelings of loss, betrayal, pacifism and of rage. By joining forces with NFT platforms, Ukrainian artists have come forward to support their homeland as well as their own livelihoods.

The charity auction for Ukrainian artists

NFT marketplace, RtistiQ, has rushed to help ailing Ukrainian artists by hosting an NFT charity auction that will showcase their artwork digitally and connect them with buyers and donors. Proceeds from the auction will go directly to the artists.

This charity will provide immediate financial assistance to artists affected by the unprecedented turmoil and trauma caused by war. RtistiQ hopes to attract generous bidders to help ease the burden on people facing this serious humanitarian crisis.

The company will announce the list of participating Ukrainian artists and their chosen works for the NFT release in the coming days. The online charity auction will take place from April 7 to 10, 2022 on the RtistiQ site.
